The Information we collect:

We gather personal information and we process it for the uses of the service “Rent a car”- physical identity (names, number of ID/Passport, date of expiry, the Country where it was issued, date of birth, full and accurate address, contact phone, e-mail), the scanned copy or picture of Driver’s license and partial bank card information, with which the deposit was made or the rent was paid. The data processing is necessary to comply with the contract obligations, as well as actions preceding the contract agreement, to which the individual is a party, to whom the data is relating. The necessity to gather personal data is in relation with the directives that, in certain circumstances, the State Authorities have the legal basis to demand personal data for identification. We also gather personal information, provided by you by using our website- names, date of birth, e-mail and contact phone. Examples services that gather such information are e-mail campaigns or events, and providing of the data is voluntary, but part of our services are not available if you do not provision this information. Generalized data is gathered by our system, while tracking the website traffic. This information does not identify you and is not connected in any way with the personal information, which you may have provided.

Sharing the Information with third parties:

  5. To offer information, corresponding most accurately with you or your interests.
  6. To carry out marketing campaigns, promotions and marketing researches.

Time limit for keeping the personal data:

The provided personal data will be stored for a period of 4 years 6 months, according to the requirementsof Art. 82, para. 4 from the Law of Administrative offences and penalties and Art.80 and 81 from the Criminal Code, in relation to Art.189 from the Road Traffic Act. Upon expiry of this legally established term, the data stored on electronic carrier will be deleted, and the paper data storage will be destroyed.

The right to access the information:

The customer is entitled to request information about the collected and processed personal data at any time, as well as to receive a copy of it. He can also demand rectification of his personal data in case of inaccuracy or if the data is incomplete. When the data processing is done on the basis of Customer’s agreement, he could withdraw the given permission at any point of time, free of charge, as he could also demand blocking or deleting of the gathered personal data, when all the conditions are met. The deletion of personal data can be made with filling in an application. If the deletion contradicts legal or contractual obligations for storage or other legitimate reasons, then instead of deletion only blocking will take place,     and a motivated refusal will be sent to the Client.
