RENTERS REQUIREMENTS:

The Renter imust have a valid driving license for at least 2 years and an identity document. The minimum age of the driver is 21 years old for the MINI and ECONOMY; 22 years old for COMPACT class and 23 years old for all other classes. Drivers under 21 years or with less than 2 year driving experience must pay an additional “Young driver” fee of 5,00 € per day, with restrictions on some classes of vehicles Explicit confirmation by the Lessor is required.

RENTAL PERIOD:

The minimum of the rental period is 24 hours. Delays or Extra hours, the Renter will be charged as follows: up to 4 hours – rate for half day; over 4 hours rate for the whole day. If delay to return the car without prior notice occurs after the expiration of the rental contract, the client is charged as follows: up to 4 hours – for one day; more than 4 hours – for 2 days.

WORKING HOURS / OUT OF HOURS FEE:

Office Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 6:30 pm, Saturday 9:00 am – 2:30 pm, Sunday – day off. By appointment or by phone call on the “24-hour telephone”, you can rent / return a car 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. The Renter will be charged of € 12 applies for the rental or return of a car in the interval 21:00 – 07:00.

RESERVATION AND METHOD OF PAIMENT:

Reservations can be made online, through the reservation form of the site, by e-mail and by phone. For bookings made through the site, have two payment options are possible: “PAY LATER” the standard price is paid without discount upon receipt of the car and “PAY NOW” is paid the standard price with up to -15% discount at the time of booking. A partial prepayment (20% of the final price) or a full credit or debit card prepayment as well as a bank transfer can be made. If a partial prepayment is made, the remaining amount is paid when renting the car in cash or with a Card. In order to guarantee 100% reservation we recommend making an advance or full payment. Reservations starting less than 24 hours before the start must be made on the “24-hour telephone”. We accept the following payment methods: Visa / Master Card, Diners Club, PayPal, bank transfer, and cash payment.

DISCOUNTS:

Discounts apply only for prepaid reservations as follows: 5% discount by PAY NOW; 5% extra discount if reservation is made at least 30 days before the start of rental – EARLY BOOKING. Regular as well as registered clients after the 3rd reservation receive up to 5% discount. Follow on Facebook and on our site for Promo Codes with various discounts that are also added, so the total Discount can reach up to 25% discounts.

INSURANCES OFFERED:

• Third Party Liability Insurance – Included in the rental price.
• Insurance CDW ( COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER ) – This Insurance reduces the renter’s liability in case of damage of the vehicle up to the amount of the deposit (Excess) – Included in the rental price. CDW is valid only if a protocol from the Police Authorities is presented. Does not cover damage to the vehicle due to driving under the influence of alcohol, other intoxicating substances or due to violation of the Bulgarian Traffic Laws
• Insurance TP ( THEFT PROTECTION ) – This Insurance reduces the renter’s liability in case of Theft of the vehicle up to the amount of the deposit (Excess) – Included in the rental price. TP is valid only if a protocol from the Police Authorities is presented and the car keys and documents are returned
• Full Insurance Super CDW / TP ( SUPER COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER / THEFT PROTECTION ) –  This Complete Super CDW / TP Insurance reduces the Renter’s liability to Zero for damage or in the event of a car theft. Is concluded for an additional fee upon request of the customer.

DEPOSIT / EXCESS:

During the pick-up process the Renter pays the rental price and is obliged to leave a Deposit with debit/ credit card (Visa or MasterCard) issued in his name. With explicit confirmation by the Lessor the deposit could be in cash or with bank transfer as the required amount is higher by 100%. The Lessor reserves the right to reject a deposit in cash. With a credit card payment, the value of the deposit is blocked until the end of the rental. After returning the car to the condition in which it was delivered, the deposit is returned to the LESSEE, respectively unblocked. If no Additional Super CDW / TP Insurance has been paid, the Deposit (or part of it) may be retain in the following cases:

• in case of event of theft or damage to the vehicle;
• damage to the undercarriage, tires and wheels of the vehicle;
• of any damage resulting from the accident;
• in case of theft on CD player, GPS navigation (if downloadable)
• missing fuel if no paid fee Prepaid fuel

The amount of the Deposit is according to the Vehicle Class as follows:

FULL INSUSANCE  (Super CDW / TP ):

Full Insurance Is concluded for an additional fee upon request of the customer and provides the following rights:

• • Refund of the deposit in case of damage or theft, including the damage to tires, wheels, windows and undercarriage.
  • Replacement vehicle in case of damage, fire or theft.
  • Free road assistance in case of damage or fire on the territory of Bulgaria.

The fee of Full Insurance – Super CDW / TP is according to the Car Class as follows:

Upon of payment on “Super CDW / TP”, the client receives a full discharge of liability, only in case if the protocol from the police is available, returning the keys and documents of the car and it is does not apply in case of drugs and alcohol usage. In case the client does not provide the required documents from the Traffic Police for the accident, he / she is liable up to the amount of the Deposit. Paying the „Full protection” insurance does not cover partial misses, loss of parts or accessories and damages of the car interior (upholstery, dashboard, seats, coating of trunk and others). In case of lost documents, panel of the audio, CD, registration plate, GPS navigation or keys of the car, additional charges according to the official price list (available in the offices of the company) apply.

FUEL / PREPAID FUEL:

The value of the fuel is not included in the rental price. The vehicle is rented with a full tank of fuel and must return with a full tank – FULL to FULL. When returning the car with a partial tank, the Renter must pay for the missing fuel and a “Refueling” fee of 10 €, (except in case of paid fee for “Prepaid fuel”). When paying the PREPAID FUEL charge, the customer prepaid the full tank value with a 5% discount and gets the option to return the vehicle with not full tank.

The fee of PREPAID FUEL is according to the type vehicle as follows:

DELIVERY / COLLECTION / ONE WAY RENTAL:

Delivery or collection of the car to / from your address, hotel in Sofia as well as Sofia Airport is free of charge Monday to Sunday in the period 07:00 – 21:00, outside this interval an additional fee of € 12 applies. We offer delivery or collection to / from any city in Bulgaria for an additional fee – ONE WAY RENTAL. Rentals are one-way when the car is returned / rented in a city other than that of the rental / return. The Conditions are, that one of the places of rent or return must be Sofia, and the minimum renting term must be 3 days. Upon preliminary request, it is possible to deliver or return the car to another city and neighboring countries such as Thessaloniki, Skopje, Bucharest, Istanbul, Belgrade.

CANCELATION / AMENDMENT AND REFUND POLICY:

A confirmed booking can be cancelled / amended no less than 48 hours before the pick-up time free of charge. In case of a booking cancellation/amend less than 48 hours before the pick-up time, a fee of 20% of the total rental price will be charged, but no less than the price for 1 rental day. In case of a no show, the prepayment will be not refunded. All booking prepayments will be fully refunded, If the reservation is canceled within the deadlines.

AVAILABILITY / GUARANTEE FOR CLASS:

In case of confirmed reservation and inability to provide the reserved car, the LESSEE reserves the right to provide a different model of car from the originally reserved one with an equivalent of the same Class or higher Class at no extra charge. All booking prepayments will be fully refunded, if an alternative vehicle can not be provided.

ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT:

For additional equipment charges apply, but not more than fee for 10 days for the entire rental.

 TRAVELING ABROAD:

Travel to another country is allowed for additional fee – Travel Abroad. There are no restrictions on passage through any country. The fee for a visit to one country is 50 € and for each subsequent one it is 25 €, but not more than 150 € for the whole rent. The Tenant must send a copy of the driver’s license and passport information to issue the necessary documents.

INTERNET SECURITY :

When using one of our secured forms, you will see a “padlock icon” displayed on your browser, indicating our secure servers are in operation. We use security protocols for communication and data transfer such as HTTPS.

INCIDENT ADMINISTRATION FEE (IAF):

In case of an accident due to the Renter’s liability, Renter has the obligation to pay to Firefly a non-refundable fee of €50 to cover the administration expenses.

FEES / PENALTY:

In the case of lost documents, keys or plate number of the car, the Tenant pays their value and a fee of € 25. In case of road violations made by the tenant, such as speeding, improper parking, violations of the Road Traffic Regulations for which electronic slips were issued, the Client is responsible for the violations and fines made by him and is obliged to pay them within 3 days. The LESSOR reserves the right to claim its rights in court for non-pecuniary damage, material damage, lost benefits and disadvantages caused by the fault of the client to the company.

CANCELATION OF BOOKING:

In case the payment is made with a bank card, the Refunds are made by ordering a reverse transaction on the card that made the payment within 3 days.
